Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slowed paced style of yoga using long hold poses and focusing on breath. It is a beautiful way for first timers to ease their way into yoga. Yin helps regain mobility and ease pain in the body. Yin practice focuses on the lower back, hips and joints. It is great for first timers to become familiar with the shapes, poses and their own bodies.
